General Cancellation Terms
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and flexible to suit your needs.
Hotel Reservations
- Flexible Rate Bookings: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before check-in are free of charge. Later cancellations will incur one night’s stay as a fee.
- Non-Refundable Bookings: These reservations are not eligible for cancellation or refund under any circumstances.
- Group Bookings (5+ rooms): Must be canceled at least 7 days in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
Event & Venue Bookings
Cancellations for private events, conferences, or banquets must be made at least 14 days in advance. Deposits are non-refundable if canceled later than this period.
Casino Reservations
Casino gaming reservations (e.g., VIP tables or tournaments) must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations may result in access restrictions.
Dining Reservations
- Guests are encouraged to cancel at least 12 hours in advance.
- No-shows for specialty dining venues may result in a late cancellation fee.

Refund Processing
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exceptions
